I have 12 years experience under my belt as a nurse, 7 of those in Primary Care. I do a range of services from Immunisations, Dressings, Prescriptions, Blood results, Smoking Cessation, Diabetes Management, Asthma Management, COPD Management and Spirometry, Weight Loss support, Smoking Cessation Support, Heart Risk Assesments, Liquid Nitrogen, Minor Surgery etc My main focus is Chronic Care Management with a focus on Diabetes and Asthma Management. My highest qualification is a Post Graduate Diploma in Advances Nursing focussing on prescribing for Chronic Disease Management. I hope to be able to prescribe chronic care medicines in the near future. I enjoy spending time with our 2 Jack Russells and playing the piano.
